6 Tips to Boost the Speed of Your Mobile Phone

Smartphones are no different from computers when it comes to long-term storage and performance. Like a desktop computer, the smartphone especially Android and iOS phones also go with a decrease in performance after prolonged use. Mobile operating systems also begin to interact with long-term use, such as computers. In that note, it also means that cell phones need standard software maintenance to operate at 100% of it at all times.

Also, cell phone storage is no different from computers, the files you store, where it takes a lot of effort to identify them all and operate the phone properly. Most files, when you find your hard drive hard, the hardware of your phone will be loaded, moving slowly. That being said, here are 5 tips on how to improve the speed of your mobile phone.

Software Updates

One of the reasons why smartphone makers regularly update their phone is to ensure that their performance is as optimized as possible and to fix the bugs if any. All releases are expected to be very effective in increasing phone performance, of course. Apart from this, these updates are designed to fix all other issues that users experience with the phone according to their problems. These issues are mainly related to app performance (or inactivity - crashes) and phone speed. So, in case your phone notifies you of a firmware or system update, make sure you don't miss that no matter how big the size is. In fact, the larger the upgrade, the better.

Clear Cache Data

Cache data can be retrieved as files remaining from your previous browsing, app usage, or remnants of apps you have already installed. These files are usually hidden inside the phone system folders and are not easily accessible with the ability to download native files. To get to these junk files that don't stay inside your phone install a performance optimizer or file cleaning app, the most common on the Android market are Clean Master and Dr Cleaner for iOS. Apps like these two will perform a full scan of your phone and will detect files and folders that are no longer valid and have been that way for some time. When done, it will provide users with the download of these files and the option to delete them completely. On average, downloading archive files that can cost up to a month will give your phone memory less than 1GB of memory. Not only will it give you more space for your files, it will also make it easier for your software to improve its performance.

Deleting unnecessary applications

As mentioned earlier, the last bit of your phone is eaten away, the clunkier we get. One of the ways to increase the storage space that will lead to increased performance is to remove unwanted applications especially blossom assets. Bloat goods are pre-installed apps that phone makers decide to throw in their phones to achieve the real features they want to emphasize on their phone. Some of these bright colors are helpful but often useless. Also, many of these bright assets cannot be removed but there is still a good amount of them that can be removed from your phone.

On the other hand, removing applications that you no longer use will also help improve your phone's performance. They will take up more space and allow the phone to have a storage system that is much easier to process.

Force Close All Background Apps

Most of the time, smartphone users press the home button when they are done with the app. By doing so, the app is not completely closed, instead, it is suspended until it is reopened. These apps become a background app and will continue to use your phone's RAM until they are completely shut down.

In case you do not know what RAM is here it is briefly about: Random Access memory better known as RAM is basically a virtual memory that allows real-time functions of the phone. When RAM has more of your phone, more files or programs can reside at the same time. Compared to storage space, RAM is a temporary memory provided by the device to process real-time operations. Once these functions are done, it also releases the RAM they used. Think of it this way: RAM is a tool and applications are your character. The larger your container (RAM), the more grain (Programs or files) you can pour into it without spilling. When you have finished eating your grain (or doing your job), the bowl will be free to get more grain.

That being said, to complete the app session completely here's how to:

iOS

· Double-click the home button. It will zoom out from the home screen and show all the apps running side by side.

· Flick the app you want to finish at the top.

Android (KitKat, Lollipop, and Marshmallow)

· Press the multi-tasking (viewing all) button or long press key functionality for phones with buttons such as the Samsung Galaxy S series. It will open all operating applications on the phone that you do not see.

· Flick the apps on the sides to force their closure.

Clean up your RAM

Obviously, cleaning up your RAM by shutting down your latest apps is sometimes not enough. The most effective way to make sure there are no junk files or funny apps is to use the RAM cleanup program. These apps will not only ensure that your phone is no longer delayed by background apps, but it also upgrades your battery. The smaller apps and files make your phone move the muscles, the smaller the battery will burn.

Apps like Clean Master for Android and Dr Cleaner for iOS come with this feature. For Android phones, its widget works well, you can free up your RAM quickly with just a click of that widget.

Do not use Animated Backgrounds

Animated wallpapers look attractive, but they also consume a lot of RAM. The same principleapplies to animated wallpapers as with the apps because they usually take as much RAM as an actual app. Unless you have a phone with high-caliber specs, animated wallpapers are a no-no if you want to optimize your phone's performance.
